It is a great way to introduce your child to something new too that doesn't require you to spend a ton on supplies only to have their interest peter out in a month or two. If they don't like one type of kit you can always find a different kind to try!
All four of my kids get different kinds of monthly subscription boxes that we use as a class in our homeschool. My oldest two kids are actually earning a full high school credit for art with their subscription boxes.
When I was researching monthly subscription boxes for my kids, I was looking for specific kinds of kits to fit the interests of each child. It was a lot of work but well worth it in the end. To save you a little time I thought I'd share with you what I learned and what my top 10 Favorite Monthly Subscription Boxes for kids are!
The prices for kits vary and so do the levels of difficulty which is perfect for a family like mine whose ages range from elementary school age to teenager. Most kit companies offer a variety of purchasing options like 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 month options. I am comparing, the best I can, the price of a 3 month subscription box.
