Hey Mama, if you have a bunch of single unmatched socks piling up in the laundry room in hopes that the match will be found it's time to let reality sink in - that missing sock is gone FOREVER! Those missing socks can drive a mom crazy but as much as we hold out hoping the long-lost pair will be reunited it is time to find a new use for those single socks. This is the perfect project to solve this problem!

Everyone loves stuffed animals especially cute little stuffed bunnies! These would be fun to make for a birthday party activity, youth group craft for teens, or as an easy Easter craft.

With a few simple supplies you probably already have on hand you can easily make your own stuffed bunny. Follow this step-by-step tutorial to make an adorable little stuffed bunny today.

No-Sew Sock Bunny Stuffed Animal

Gather up the following supplies to get started:

Supplies

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Fill your crew sock 3/4 full with fiberfill stuffing.

2. Cut two pieces of yarn each approximately 6-8 inches long. Tie one strand just above the stop on the stock where the stuffing ends.

Tie the second piece of yarn around just above the center of the stuffed sock to create the bunny's body and head.

3. The material above the top tied piece of yarn will become the bunny's ears. Cut the top portion of the sock off leaving about 2-3 inches of sock material above the yarn.

4. Next cut a slit down the middle of the sock material to create two separate ears. Trim the inside edges of both sides, tapering the shape to create the bunny's ears.

5. Use Sharpie markers to draw the bunny's eyes and an "X" for the bunny's nose and mouth.

That's all there is to it! Congratulations you just made a cute little stuffed bunny. Now it's time to introduce him/her to the rest of your stuffed animals.
