Do your kids love to get their own special drink at Starbucks, Biggby or your favorite local coffee shop? Mine sure do! Unfortunately I can't afford their luxury coffee taste so we've had to come up with our own homemade recipes to quench their cravings.
Can a homemade copycat specialty coffee drink taste just as good as the pros make it? That is for you to decide. Keep reading to find some great copycat coffee shop drinks your kids will love, and so will your wallet.
My kids first taste of "real" coffee shop drinks happened a few years ago when they got coupons for a free kids coffee drink. The coupons came in the program at our local minor league baseball team's game we attended. Who can pass up a free drink? Not us!
Now that they have tasted such sweet goodness they want to try to make them on their own at home. Why not, right? Can't be that hard! I scoured Pinterest for some great kid approved special coffee house drinks and thought I'd share what I found in this roundup.
Tip - to make it a kid friendly drink just leave out the
espresso/coffee ingredients.
